Our prices are based on a number of factors including precious metal prices these can alter on a day to day basis the price you read on the day you place your order will be your fixed price however if you leave your order for another day you may find that the price has altered due to an variation in precious metal value, if this is the case the revised price will become the new fixed price.
Australian Postage
We will use Australia Post signature required secure post bags to send all of our orders within Australia postage and insurance inclusive $14.75. Driftwood jewellers are unable to speed up the delivery process and take no responsibility for delays.
International Postage Rates
Purchases outside Australia is based on Australia Post registered Post International prepaid padded bags time for delivery will very from country to country and may depend on customs clearance. Australia Post quote 3 to 10 days for international parcel delivery. Driftwood jewellers are unable to speed up the delivery process and take no responsibility for delays.

Online purchase returns
Driftwood Jewellers are obliged to and readily comply with the Australian Consumer law. You may view this at www.acc.gov.au
You may return a piece of jewellery you have purchased from our online store within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement if said piece has not been worn damaged scratched or misused. The return postage cost must be borne by the purchaser unless the item is flawed does not match the description or as a result of an error on our part. Please notify us immediately if you intend returning a piece so that we may process your claim at the earliest opportunity. Please note Exmouth is in an isolated spot on the Australian mainland with this isolation comes compromises on the normal postal delivery next day will not mean that it will arrive the next day incoming or outgoing.
All our orders are quoted and handled in AUD. There may be variation in the refund amount if purchased in a foreign currency due to the currency exchange rate variation. Driftwood Jewellers accepts no responsibility for the variation of a refund, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to cover the cost of any customs duty or import tax and Driftwood Jewellers exempts itself from covering any loss from a purchase being returned for these.
